I bought this product for the first time about 6 weeks ago. I was away and never opened it up when received until I returned. I never bought a disposable cartridge before. I don’t believe it works properly, but when I spoke with their virtual agent. I was outside my 2 week window and they told me I should have tried it as soon as received. I cannot get any product when I draw, even if I draw very deeply. I think it is a bad product, and I don’t think the Banana Kush does what it should do for my insomnia problem. I don’t think I will buy this type of product again. Beware, check out your product as soon as received, because you don’t get any warranty after 2 weeks of receipt
