Shipping Policy Update
As many of you know, the United States Postal Service has been having shipping delays and issues since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is not exclusive to our business shipments. Delays are happening for many business and customers across the country. We would like to reiterate the details of our shipping policy which can be found here.
“We ship by USPS. We ship 1-4 business days after receipt of payment. Transit time can take between 5 -10 business days or longer at times due to delivery issues with USPS caused by Covid-19.” Beyond our policy is the fact that storms across the country have added to those delays as well.
