Be Pain Free Global
– Affiliates cannot sign up under themselves.
– Affiliate status can be revoked if any suspicious activity is detected.
– Referrals can request to remove themselves under their affiliation once and after will remain a patient that is not under an affiliation thereafter.
– Affiliates are in no way an employee, agent, partner, legal representative or franchisee of Be Pain Free Global.
– Affiliates will comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, and shall make all reports and remit all withholdings or other deductions as may be required by any federal, state, county, or municipal law, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
– Affiliates must be of legal age in the state in which they reside.
– Affiliates agree to present the Be Pain Free Global Compensation Plan and Be Pain Free services as set forth in official Be Pain Free Global literature and agreements.
– Affiliates are independent contractors and not an employee, agent, partner, legal representative or franchisee of Be Pain Free Global.
– Affiliates understand that they shall control the manner and means by which they operate, subject to compliance with this Be Pain Free Global Affiliate Agreement.
– Affiliates understand that they will not be treated as an employee of Be Pain Free Global for Federal or State tax purposes.
– Affiliates acknowledge and agree that Be Pain Free Global is not responsible for withholding and shall not withhold or deduct from my bonuses and payouts, if any, FICA, or taxes of any kind, unless such withholding becomes legally required.
– Affiliate has carefully read and agrees to comply with the Be Pain Free Global
Affiliate Guide and Compensation Plan.
– Affiliates understand that they must be in good standing and not in violation of any of the terms of the Contract in order to be eligible to receive any bonuses or payouts from Be Pain Free Global.
– I understand that the Contract for Affiliate Status, including this Affiliate Terms & Conditions Agreement, may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Be
Pain Free Global.
– The continuation of Affiliate’s business or acceptance of bonuses or payouts shall constitute acceptance of any and all amendments to the Contract.
– If Affiliate’s Contract is canceled or terminated for any reason, Affiliate agrees to immediately discontinue use of any and all Be Pain Free Global trademarks,
service marks, Affiliate and Customer lists, and copyrighted materials.
Affiliates cannot post their affiliate link on the Be Pain Free Global (BPFG) Facebook page or private BPFG Facebook groups.
– Affiliates cannot purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘BPFG’ or misspellings of ‘bepainfreeglobal’ in the URL. For example, www.bpfgterry.com.
– Affiliates cannot register the brand BPFG or Bepainfreeglobal or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes brand or generic word/sentence.
– Affiliates cannot directly link to 366d8d1d-5bef-4c4b-83ba-a2a7cbd4c718.cc04.conves.io website from paid advertising.
– Affiliates cannot directly advertise Be Pain Free Global sales on social media, but can use language like “something exciting happening today in the collective”.
– Affiliates are responsible for keeping track of their referral names and using a consistent name identical to their account name upon sign up.
– Affiliates are responsible to adhere to all FTC standards when promoting themselves*
*At Be Pain Free Global we encourage all our affiliates to follow FTC guidelines, when promoting your affiliate link. It is encouraged to use words like ‘AD’, ‘Sponsored’ and

– Commissions are credited to the affiliate’s account on a monthly basis via Paypal or store credit on our site. *Store credit is paid out by the 5th of the month. Residual payments are made via PayPal by the 15th of the month.
– Affiliates will receive 5% commission on their referrals’ purchase every month *excluding vendor products.
– Affiliate understands that if they fail to comply with the terms of this Contract, Be Pain Free may, in its sole discretion, impose disciplinary action as follows: If
Affiliate is in breach, default, or violation of the Contract at termination, they shall not be entitled to receive any further commissions or payouts, whether or not the
sales for such bonuses or commissions have been completed. If Affiliate fails to pay for products when payment is due or is indebted to Be Pain Free Global for
any reason, Affiliate authorizes Be Pain Free to withhold and retain the appropriate amounts from my payout or commission checks or to charge my credit cards or other accounts which I have placed on file with Be Pain Free Global.
– Be Pain Free, its members, managers, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assigns, and agents (collectively referred to as “stakeholders”), shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Affiliate releases and agrees to indemnify Be Pain Free Global and its affiliates from any and all liability, damages, fines, penalties, or other awards or settlements arising from, or relating to said Affiliate’s actions in the promotion or operation of said Affiliate’s Be Pain Free Global independent affiliate business and any activities related to it (for example, but not limited to, the presentation of Be Pain Free Global products or Affiliate Compensation Plan, the operation of a motor vehicle, the making of any unauthorized claims, the failure to comply with any applicable federal, state, or municipal law or regulation, etc.). Any promises, representations, offers, or other communications not expressly set forth in this Be Pain Free Global Advocate Agreement and Contract are of no force or effect.
– In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the Contract or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences, except as provided herein, shall be settled by arbitration.
– Affiliate may from time to time be requested if Be Pain Free Global can use affiliate name, photograph, personal story, and/or likeness in advertising or promotional materials. If permissions is given by the affiliate the affiliate agrees to waive all claims to remuneration for such use.

– Affiliate authorizes Be Pain Free Global, its affiliates and independent contractors to communicate with me through electronic mail at the email address provided in
this Affiliate Agreement. Affiliate understands that such email may include offers or solicitations for the sale and purchase of Be Pain Free Global products, sales aids, or services.

Affiliate understands that such SMS’s may include offers or solicitations for the sale and purchase of Be Pain Free products, sales aids, or services. Calls may be used when a dispute or a complicated matter which needs further explanation, needs to be discussed.
