As you embark on your journey with us, we’d like to guide you through our registration process. We’ve designed it to be as straightforward as possible, ensuring that we meet both legal requirements and the highest standards of customer service. Let’s walk through what you’ll need and why:
Personal Information:
- Name & Birthdate: Necessary for your ID verification to confirm your age and identity.
- Email: Essential for account registration, and it’s how we’ll keep you informed about your orders, our special promotions, and any updates or news.
- Phone Number: You have the option to receive timely sales information and exclusive offers through SMS. Opting in is entirely up to you!
ID & Age Verification
- Valid State ID or Driver’s License Selfie: This is required for proof of age and identity. We accept only individuals who are 18 years or older as part of our commitment to responsible service.
- Please take a selfie holding your ID clearly facing the camera. It is important that our staff can see your face and all of the information on your ID.
Medical Recommendation:
- Age 21 & Over: Individuals age 21 & over may choose to upload a medical recommendation, although this is not mandatory. For residents of non-legalized states, we highly recommend providing this documentation to support your registration.
- Ages 18-20: Due to varying state laws, if you’re in this age group, a Medical Recommendation from California is necessary for registration.
