Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will contact you via email within 3 business days of receiving your Refund Request submission to inform you whether your request has been approved or not and confirm the value of the replacement.

Eligibility
You have 10 days from delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Not Eligible:
- Perishable items
- Any other item marked as non-returnable

Refunds:
- If your return is approved after inspection, we’ll email you to confirm.
- Refunds will go back to your original payment method within 5-7 days

Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:
