How To Use RSO

RSO Is Highly Concentrated. Use Responsibly. Dabbing Or Smoking RSO Is Not Advised.
Applying the cannabis directly to the skin as Rick Simpson did can work with skin cancer or topical issues. Those who need to take the medicine internally should ingest it.

It is highly advisable to have a bottle of CBD oil/tincture available on hand to counteract the strong effects of the THC, in the event that the experience becomes unpleasant. CBD is a natural antidote to the psychoactive effects of THC.

RSO Regimen Example

Patients are instructed to start with a dosage the size of half a grain of rice three times a day. For patients that are having trouble swallowing, the extract can be placed directly between the gums and the inside of the lip to let it slowly dissolve. The cannabis extract can also be mixed into food and eaten, but it’s bitter and often needs other flavors to mask its taste.

After week one, the dose should be doubled every four days until the sixth week of treatment.

During weeks five through 12, a patient should be ingesting one gram of RSO daily. The goal is for a patient to ingest 60 grams of RSO over a 90-day period. Realistically, it may take longer to
accomplish this.

The Ins And Outs Of RSO

Cannabidiol [CBD] has been used in the prevention metastasis, and the spread of cancer, while Tetrahydrocannabinol-9 [THC], creates apoptosis (cellular death) in unhealthy cells while leaving healthy cells alone. “Sometimes the FECO is so thick that it can be hard to force out of the syringes when cooled. If such a thing happens, simply put the syringe in a cup of hot water, then in a short time you should be able to squeeze your dosage out more easily. There are times when a patient can force too much oil from the syringe, but if this happens, just pull back on the plunger of the syringe and the excess oil can usually be drawn back into the syringe, without too much difficulty”. – Rick Simpson
