1. Affiliate must recommend a minimum of 3 new referrals, no maximum amount. Only valid over the 2 month period; November and December.
2. The referrals must register, enter the affiliates name/URL in the referral section and gain a medical recommendation within the 2 month period; November and December.
3. In order for the affiliate to receive 10%, at least 1 of the 3 referrals will need to make a purchase during either November or December.
4. The 10% will only be for purchases in November and December 2022 of new referrals in those months. After which if those referrals purchase then the affiliate will only receive the standard 5%.
5. Any referrals that are from before November and December 2022 as in historical referrals, will remain at the 5% payback when purchasing in these months.
6. Affiliates who have met the minimum requirement in November, will qualify for 10% to be paid/credited in December. Affiliates who have not met the minimum requirement in November, their November new referrals will roll over to December so they can qualify for the 10% in December, to be paid/credited January. Affiliates will still get paid the normal 5% for purchasing referrals (below the qualifying threshold). If that rolls over and they meet the minimum threshold, then they will be paid the additional 5% on the next payment schedule.
